For those of you that followed our epicurean adventure to the mecca that is Alinea on saturday night via facebook, here is a bit of a tease. It's our souvenir menu indicating everything we had the pleasure of trying. I have photos of probably half of these items, and I'll be posting them tomorrow.

Beef Burgundy - Cookbook Classics
Wow was this a tasty meal; Julie has made this one other time, but this time we had friends over, so more than just myself got the opportunity to enjoy her handywork.

Blackened Catfish Fajitas 1/17/2012
We borrowed a recipe from The Kitchn last night, Blackened Catfish Fajitas. There really wasn't much to it, just cut up the veggies, hit them in the Wok. Do up the catfish bits, hit those in the wok separate from the Veggies, and then once cooked, combine for a final round of heat, and server with Cotija cheeses and your hot sauce of choice.
