Let me start by saying we've done this twice already, and I already want it again.
This dish is made or broken on the BBQ sauce. Get something you'll like and you'll never stop making this dish. I'm sure of it.
Red Pepper, Corn, Onion (maybe some carrot)
Cornbread Mixture
Shredded, poached chicken
The only BBQ sauce we could find for 45 Cals. (Hungry Girl criteria)
Splenda, baking powder, corn meal (see recipe for more)
Now with egg and greek yogurt.
Cooked veggies with chicken
Enter the BBQ Sauce
Mix thoroughly.
Spread evenly in the pan
Add your Cornbread mixture
Makes 6 decent sized servings.
This is very very good. As I've said, we've already done it twice in as many weeks. Nice work Hungry Girl!
