Basic ingredients: Snap peas, shrimp, shallots, pistachios and lemon zest.
Cook the shrimp. We used our electric wok.
Set the shrimp aside.
Add in the shallots and peas and saute.
Chiffonade the basil.
Add the shrimp back in with the lemon zest, pistachios and basil.
Hit it with some Sriracha and serve over rice!
