Green Chili Pork Posole

This was a great dish, well worth the effort and in my estimation it goes a long way. Very tasty if you spice it right.

This is a repeater for us; absolutely one of my favorite recipes that Julie makes. It tastes amazing, my only recommendation is to double up on the mojo sauce...yeah it's that good. In the words of fake Guy Fieri (of SNL fame) 'I'd eat that off a movin' truck tire!'

Roasted Tomatillo Soup

Seriously, this is worth a try. It's an excellent soup, and it gets even better with a couple of days. We got this from Kitchen Confidante.
