Spaghetti Squash and Meatballs (Hungry Girl)

This was delicious; as we found out the freshness/ripeness of your squash will play a big part in the texture you get on the other side. Because ours was a touch fresh, it was a little crispier than normal pasta texture. Just so you know.




Roast spaghetti squash for about 45 minutes.  

Mix together spices and ground beef.


Form meatballs.






Bake meatballs while the squash is roasting.


Shred the squash.



Make the sauce.

Add the meatballs to heat through.

Serve sauce and meatballs over the squash.
