WINGS!

Baked chicken wings from our Superbowl party a few weeks ago. 




We made 2 kinds.  We wanted to try and use as little oil or butter in the sauces as possible.  The above photos show the hot wing sauce we found the recipe for here.

This sauce we found on the Steamy Kitchen blog.  It's actually Momofuku's Octo Vinaigrette. 


We baked them for about 45 minutes in a 400 degree oven.  They turned out pretty well.  Next time though, I think we may throw them on the grill to finish them off.  Hopefully to achieve a crispier skin.
