Prepping the zucchini as a side dish.
Saute some onion.
Prep and clean shrimp.
Chop parsley.
Measure out bulgur wheat.
Added some white wine to the onions, then added the can of diced tomatoes.
Stir and add some spices.
Add capers.
Add parsley.
Add shrimp.
We cooked our zucchini in the grill pan to get some nice marking.
Cooked bulgur wheat.
Voila! Bulgur wheat in the bottom of the bowl topped with the shrimp mixture.
